2. Are you FAA-certified to fly commercial drones?
Yes. We hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, carry full drone and liability insurance, and are experienced with airspace authorization across controlled and restricted zones.
3. What areas do you serve?
We are based in Cumberland, RI and serve the greater New England region. We are also available for travel nationally on larger productions — just reach out and we'll discuss logistics.
4. How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard shoots and 4–6 weeks for larger productions. Peak seasons fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
5. What is included in your packages and pricing?
Our packages include shoot time, professional editing, final deliverables, and usage licensing. Pricing varies based on project scope, location, and deliverable format. Contact us for a custom quote.
6. Do you have liability insurance and drone insurance?
Yes. We carry $1M+ general liability insurance as well as hull and payload coverage for all drone operations. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for commercial clients and property managers.
7. How long does post-production and editing take?
Standard photo galleries are delivered within 24–72 hours. Video edits typically take 5–10 business days depending on length and complexity. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.
8. Who owns the rights to the photos and videos after delivery?
Upon final payment, clients receive a commercial usage license for the agreed scope of use. We retain the copyright as the creator. Expanded licensing, exclusivity, and buyout options are available — just let us know your needs upfront.
9. Can you fly drones in urban areas, near airports, or in restricted airspace?
Yes. We are experienced with LAANC authorization and FAA waiver processes, allowing us to legally operate in controlled airspace when needed. We assess every location in advance to ensure full compliance.
10. What happens if weather affects our shoot day?
Safety and quality always come first. If weather makes a shoot unsafe or compromises results — especially for drone operations — we will reschedule at no penalty. We monitor conditions closely and communicate proactively.
11. Do you provide raw or unedited files?
We deliver professionally edited final files only. Raw files are not included in standard packages, as our editing process is a core part of what makes the final product exceptional. Ask us about extended licensing if archival files are needed.
12. What equipment do you use?
We shoot with professional Sony and Canon full-frame camera systems, DJI Mavic 3 Pro and Inspire drone platforms, cinema-grade stabilizers, and professional lighting. Every tool is chosen to deliver the highest quality result for your project.
13. Can you handle both photo and video in a single shoot?
Absolutely. We regularly produce both photo and video content in a single session, making us a one-stop solution for brands and businesses that need cohesive content across multiple formats.

Yes. Our full post-production services include editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, color grading in DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics in After Effects. We deliver in any format required — web, broadcast, or social.
